Keep up to date with all the latest news happening in school at the moment.
Congratulations to Emily in Year 5 who has won the first Milkshake Competition!
Emily's milkshake 'The Newtown Bombe' will now be available to buy from Rev. Ray's coffee cart for one week, starting this Sunday, throughout the community. The Coffee Cart visits Newtown every Tuesday at home time.
Emily was delighted to win the first week's competition and said:
"I chose the ingredients for this milkshake because strawberries represent the Newtown uniform and many are locally grown. There will be chocolate sprinkles because a lot of children love sprinkles and they add fun to it. Lastly, I chose oreos and strawberry sauce because they add extra flavour and excitement. Hope you enjoy!"
Congratulations Emily!

Important Reminder:
If any member of your household starts to display any one of the 3 COVID symptoms, the entire household MUST isolate for 10 days and a PCR test booked. Household isolation must continue for 10 days or until a negative test result is received.
LFT tests should not be used on primary-school children. If an adult displays symptoms, you must have a PCR test and NOT use an LFT test.
Thank you for your support.
It is forecast that we will be experiencing some lovely warm weather this week, therefore please ensure your child has sun-cream applied before school and has a full water bottle on arrival.
During the day water bottles are topped up and sun-cream is reapplied, as each year group has a supply. We would also recommend that each child brings a named sunhat into school, that can be kept in their bags and worn when outside.
Thank you
