Welcome to Newtown C of E Primary School. School is now closed for the Summer Holidays. School will reopen to children Years 1-6 on Thursday 3rd September. Our new school website will launch in September 2026. During this transition, some information may be temporarily unavailable. Fish. Chips and Phonics!

 

Wow! What a successful evening we had with year R, 1 and 2 parents attending the Fish, Chips and Phonics Event. 

 

Mrs Oakes led the event, showing the parents what our children learn during a Phonics lesson and how they can work with their children at home. 

 

Special thanks to Chef Claire for catering us with the delicious Fish and Chip supper!
