Welcome to Newtown C of E Primary School. School is now closed for the Summer Holidays. School will reopen to children Years 1-6 on Thursday 3rd September. Our new school website will launch in September 2026. During this transition, some information may be temporarily unavailable. Guy Parker Rees and Ali Sparkes Visit

 

As part of our Lottery Winning Grant for our Newtown Community Bookshop, children's illustrator Guy Parker-Rees of Giraffes Can't Dance fame, will be visiting Year R, 1, 2 and 3 tomorrow for story-telling and an illustration workshop! We are very excited!

 

In addition, children's author Ali Sparkes will be visiting us on Friday and speaking to years 3, 4 and 5 about her guide to 'Authordom'!
