At Newtown CE Primary School, we believe that children learn best when they are in school, where they can benefit from high-quality teaching, support from staff, and learning alongside their peers. For this reason, we do not routinely provide remote learning.

In exceptional circumstances where a child is unable to attend school for an extended period, we will work closely with families to provide appropriate learning that supports the child's education and helps them reintegrate successfully when they return to school. The learning provided will be tailored to the individual circumstances and may include a range of resources and activities designed to maintain engagement with the curriculum.
