Information for new Year R Pupils and their families
Welcome to Year R!
All parents will be notified of their child's school place on Tuesday 16th April 2019. The school will then contact all families with children starting with us in September 2019 to make you aware of all the wonderful transition events that will prepare you and your children for September 2019. You will also be sent a welcome pack with your registration forms and other important information.
Secure your child's place
Once you have been notified by Hampshire County Council that your child has a place at Newtown C of E Primary School, we ask you to bring in your child’s birth certificate or passport and two documents confirming your address. The school office will take copies of these and your child’s place will then be secured.
